The personal data we collect from you in relation to the facilities includes but not limited to:

• Employee Biodata (NRIC, Name, Address, Contact Number, Next of Kin, Emergency Contact Number)
• Current assignment Trade/Craft
• Employer for current task/assignment
• Medical Checkup information (type, validity, MEDEX document custodian, clinic, OHD name, blood type)

  • Specific Competency Training (inclusive of E-Vetting, OGSP, CCA, CIDB Act 520 records)

• Working Experience
• Performance Record

The personal data collected may also include copies and other forms of supporting documents.

• Respective PETRONAS Security Department (CSD) at Turnaround Centralised Services (TACS), PETRONAS Chemicals Group operating units(OPUs)
• Respective PETRONAS Security Department (CSD) at PETRONAS Gas Berhad (PGB) operating units(OPUs)
• Turnaround Centralised Services (TACS), PETRONAS Chemicals Group Gate Access vendors/service providers
• PETRONAS Gas Berhad (PGB) Gate Access vendors/service providers
• Turnaround Centralised Services (TACS), PETRONAS Chemicals Group operating units (OPUs)
• PETRONAS Gas Berhad (PGB) operating units (OPUs)
• Other non-PCG or Downstream operating units (OPUs)
